Psyche-Blues-Stoner-Rock two-piece The Urban Chiefs from Tamworth have been tearing up stages since 2009. Blake Saban (guitars and vox) runs an arsenal of custom guitars through multiple amps and a bass rig, building a sound so massive it shakes the floor. His gravel-soaked vocals cut through the chaos, while Glendon Finlay’s tribal, hard-hitting ‘drumcussion’ drives it all like a freight train.

Northern Rivers based Matty Rogers doesn’t play music so much as he becomes possessed by it; a conduit for the musical muse. Somerset Barnard’s style is best described as an enticing blend of Delta Blues crossed with the Tex-Mex-Aussie-roots of a reckless globetrotter. He can now be found playing anywhere in the world, from the streets of a Senegalese village, to the stage of an International Festival.

The legendary band Dragon, purveyors of Antipodean anthems and Australian Rock since 1973, have played 893 shows and delivered over 12,800 songs since their reformation in 2006. Formed in Auckland before relocating to Sydney, Dragon rose to fame with anthems like ‘April Sun in Cuba’, ‘Are You Old Enough?’, and ‘Rain’, cementing themselves as one of Australasia’s most enduring and influential rock acts.

The band consists of Kane Dennelly (vocals/guitar), Jeremy Berg (Drums), and John Gwilliam (double bass). Leah Chynoweth-Tidy is a multi-award nominated singer-songwriter and proud Gladstone Region girl now flying the flag on the global stage with her original music. She created Kissing The Flint (translation: ‘creating a spark’) in 2015 to focus on her songwriting and has since performed at many venues, events and Festivals across both hemispheres. She has shared main stage bills with Tex Perkins, Vika & Linda, Hussy Hicks, Hat Fitz & Cara, Round Mountain Girls, Top Loader, Tide Lines and The Hoosiers.
