UNIQUE AND INSPIRING PERFORMER WORKSHOPS AT FESTIVAL

Festival fans can now register for small and unique group workshops with their favourite artists at the Agnes Blues, Roots & Rock Festival 2017.

Acclaimed singer and songwriter Angela Fabian will host a small group workshop where you will improve your singing and breathing skills. The focus will be on Belt singing and breathing techniques. Her singing workshop will be on Saturday, 18th February, from 9 to 10am at the Festival Grounds.

Angela’s varied career started in Nebraska where she began singing at the age of twelve. Later, she worked for the United Nations traveling and performing for troops in places such as Iceland, Germany, Somalia, Egypt, Honduras and Japan before moving to Australia.

A Sunday Workshop will be hosted by another world acclaimed Performer – ukulele player and drummer Bobby Alu.

Bobby will be delivering a small group workshop focusing on Ukulele skills. He is inspired by his Polynesian heritage and writes songs about love, life and travel. Having performed around the world for over 6 years, including for Xavier Rudd, Bobby has made a swift progression from behind-the-drum-kit to the mic.

This workshop will take place on Sunday, 19th February, from 9 to 10am at the Festival Grounds. Guests must register on the Agnes Blues, Roots & Rock Festival website to attend these inspiring workshops for $22 each. The spaces for the workshops are limited.
