The family band ‘The Twine’ will return to our local Agnes Blues, Roots & Rock

Festival in 2017! This is the first official performer announcement for the annual music festival which is on next year from the afternoon of Friday 17 February until Sunday 19 February.

The Twine family is a joyous roller-coaster of wild rhythm and groove that will get all ages stomping along to the infectious beat. They have played here in years goneby and were undoubtedly a very popular act.

With long time lovers Melani and Damion playing 5 instruments each – at the same time – and their son Obi who is a dynamite on the drums and the dance floor, they will surprise festival goers with their interactive and powerful performance. The trio has come to calling their unique combination a�?tribal bluesa��.

You will see feet stomping, limbs swinging in every direction, faces beaming energy and hair flinging – this family is full of life, energy and joy! Their show is an absolute must see!
