Owls of Neptune are a 4-piece band from Queensland’s Sunshine Coast. With an eclectic mix of influences, their live performances showcase a unique sound that crosses genres and brings their audiences on an unforgettable journey of highs and lows.
Each band member has their own musical story and their individual talents combine with a chemistry that is rare to find. When creating a song they write without genre in mind, just a feel for what each song needs.
Since forming in 2020, Owls of Neptune have earned a limelight award at Caloundra Music Festival, played live in several radio appearances, gained exposure on national TV and represented The Sunshine Coast at Airlie Beach Festival of Music.
Owls of Neptune have released several singles this year including their latest track ‘Dead To Me’ which is available on all platforms. Currently working on their second album for release at the end of this year, these Sunny Coast boys Pete, Matt, Todd and Jay are looking to unleash their latest material and embark on a promotional tour to spread the Owls of Neptune love, including at #AgnesBluesFest 2024 for the first time.
Dr Michael Whiticker from ‘The Musos’ sums their music up perfectly.
“Owls of Neptune’s originals show off their talents superbly.”
