Soulful blues player Jesse Redwing will be soaring solo on the Agnes Blues, Roots & Rock Festival main Marquee Stage for the first time in February 2026, joining a sizzling summer line-up headlined by Antipodean legends Dragon.
Jesse Redwing is one of the most soulful, authentic blues players in Australia and has honed his chops in smoky juke joints all over the world for almost two decades. Jesse was a semi-finalist in the 2024 International Blues Challenge on the iconic Beale Street in Memphis, Tennessee.
On top of touring Europe and the USA with the Jesse Redwing band, Jesse has also supported such acts as Cedric Burnside, Jon Cleary, Cold Chisel, The Teskey Brothers and Ana Popovic. A track off Jesse’s debut album “Crawlin’ Up the Walls” was featured on hit Netflix show “Shooter”
Jesse has released three original albums, Comin’ on, Light My Way and Trim the Fat, as well as two live records – Live and Lascivious and Blues on the Mountain. His third studio album, Trim The Fat, produced by Stephen Mowat, is out now.
