RADF SUPPORT FOR ART PROJECT AT #AGNESBLUESFEST 2022

#AgnesBluesFest will receive invaluable funding from the Gladstone Regional Arts Development Fund (RADF) again in 2022, adding to the colour and vibrancy of the Festival Precinct for attendees.

The Agnes Blues Collaboration Incubator seeks to extend previous RADF funded projects from 2020 & 2021 between the Festival and local Arts workers to enhance the visitor experience.

Installed visuals will be created and utilized within the Festival Precinct for its duration and provide short- term employment to Gladstone Region-based Arts workers.

Based in Agnes Water-1770, visual artists Bina Van Haeften and Daniel Carlyon from The Perspective Collective created stunning art installations for #AgnesBluesFest earlier this year with support from RADF.

The #AgnesBluesFest Team can’t wait to share with Festival-goers the work that their 2022 commissioned artists are creating for February.

The Gladstone Regional Council Regional Arts Development Fund (RADF) is a partnership between the Queensland Government and Gladstone Regional Council to support local arts and culture in regional Queensland.

Now in its 15th year, the Agnes Blues, Roots & Rock Festival is a 3 Day Annual Event held in the Great Barrier Reef’s Sensational Deep South.
