With driving-force singer-songwriter Sophie-Rose Blackman leading from out front, popular Rockhampton Based 4-piece rock/pop band Raining Roses perform their extensive repertoire of original music and well known covers across Queensland. The band members all have over 15+ years of performing experience and a sound that has evolved from country/blues to more alternative rock and pop influences recently. These young guns really are the cream of Queensland’s music crop.

Agnes Water’s very own Murphy Road are gearing up to take the Agnes Blues Roots & Rock Festival Marquee Stage on a rocking journey in February 2025. Birthed locally in Agnes Water, their high-energy blues-rock is inspired by legends and driven by passion. The diverse backgrounds of Bryan Williams and Tina Sanderson at the heart of this rocking outfit combine to create an equally diverse, unique sound.
