We collect your information in accordance with State Information Privacy Act for the following reasons:
- to process your order;
- to contact you in case of changes to performances;
- for customer research and marketing purposes.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and we will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we collect will only be accessed by authorised staff of Gladstone Regional Council, Gladstone Entertainment Centre and their ticketing agencies. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully. The information you have provided will not be forwarded to a third party, unless required by law.
As part of the process, after your first booking patrons will be emailed with advice on upcoming performances. Each email we send will give you the opportunity to opt out of future emails.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

Children under 14 are admitted free when accompanied by an adult. Each adult can accompany up to 2 children.
Youth aged 14-17 will be required to pay full adult price and must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
VIP Tables of ten. $1200 on sale from 4th November until sold out.
As a VIP, each of your guests will receive:
- a 3 day Full Festival Pass;
- an Agnes Water Blues and Roots stubbie cooler;
- an Agnes Water Blues and Roots bumper sticker;
- a VIP wrist band;
- an exclusive VIP lanyard;
- access to the VIP express service line at the bar;
- access to the VIP express service line at the merchandise tent;
- a reserved seat at your reserved table, located at your preferred position in the marquee for the entire weekend;
- opportunity to meet n greet with the performers where possible;
- a complimentary electronic copy of any photos taken with the performers;
Please note: All web sales will be shut down on midnight Thursday 23rd February. Tickets may be sold at the gate pending availability. All ticket holders are bound by the conditions of entry.
